On the wall clip, I've clicked on the FX icon to open up the list of effects. You can see the pink background showing round the edges of the wall image. It is often useful to use a background like this to get the transparency right before you put in the actual image or video you want to use. I made it shocking pink so it really stands out. And for that background layer, I right-clicked on an empty part of it, selected Insert generated media and chose VEGAS solid colour to make a flat background. That background is on another video layer which is stacked below the one with our wall on it. I've done this on purpose so we can see the background. Okay, so what have we got here? Well, I've made a project that is wider than the wall image. The wall in the foreground is a sort of teal-green colour. First off, let's get ourselves an image with a wall and socket. The even-coloured wall is the easiest thing to remove.

I have tried resetting my password and restarting Vegas Pro 17 (still have issue).

Wasn't sure what that OpenFX implied or if I have some customized version of New Blue.

In Vegas Pro 17, the plug-in is named "NewBlue Titler Pro Express - OpenFX".

Am I missing something? (BTW I believe this add-in came with Vegas Pro 17 when I purchased).

A NewBlueFX (separate window) opens and I'm logged in, window displays "Current" next to "Vegas Pro Complete version 26" so I assume this means I'm licensed and activated.

Obviously, I can't utilize this add-in until the artifacts are removed. The title I created is there, but these other artifacts are also added (as if I'm software/plugin isn't licensed or activated).

I get a large red "X" (and the letters "FX") when I try adding a title to my Vegas Pro 17 project.

Any suggestions to resolve are really appreciated.
